“Can you hear me now?” is a common exclamation when someone is experiencing One-Way Audio.  One-Way call audio is when one calling party can hear the conversation, but the other cannot.

When this happens on a SmartLink PBX system it is usually caused by improper programming of the phone. If the One-Way Audio appears to be an isolated issue happening on only one phone, simply reboot the phone.
