The Norvado SmartLink PBX phones are basically like small computers, so it is possible that there are software bugs or the phones may freeze up.  If this is an isolated incident, simply record the date and time of the incident (and phone number of the other caller if available) and reboot the phone.

If this is a repeated incident, please contact Norvado SmartLink PBX support by emailing a description of the issue and accurate times to [email protected] or by calling support at 800-250-8927.  Please make sure to include what functions of the phone were being used when the problem occurred (examples: dialing a call, putting a call on hold, transferring a call, checking voicemail, etc.).  These details will become very helpful when the Norvado team begins to search for a cause and solution to your trouble.
