If you took advantage of our AutoPay and Paperless Billing campaign, then you agreed to the following terms and conditions.

  • Applies to new, Norvado AutoPay and Paperless Billing subscribers only.

  • Norvado customers without these services, but that have subscribed to either service in the past six (6) months do not qualify for offer.

  • Valid credit card or banking account and email address required.

  • By accepting the one-time, $20 bill credit subscribers agree to keep both AutoPay and Paperless Billing services for 12 consecutive months.

  • One-time bill credit will be applied to and monthly bill credit will begin upon completion of the upcoming billing cycle.

  • Limited to one (1) $20 bill credit per customer.

  • A prorated amount may be charged to customer’s account if AutoPay and/or Paperless Billing services are terminated before the 12 month contract expires.

  • Other restrictions may apply.
