This release begins the roll-out of a major experience upgrade to the Apex Managed WIFI mobile application. Sporting an entirely new look and feel, controls and indicators have been regrouped such that a more logical workflow has now been incorporated.

The Feature map has been re-designed to group inputs into 3 categories: Network Settings, People (formerly Profiles), and Things (formerly Devices)

A new user interface with reduced steps for actions, creates a user friendly approach to networking topics.

Notifications are easily accessible from the Bell icon on the dashboard

Users can now define “places” with logical groupings allowing for users to manage access by location.

The global Add button on the bottom center of the dashboard allows users to add items to the network including:

  • Add People (profiles)

  • Add Places (locations)

  • Add Things (devices)

  • Add Networks (guests)

  • Add Mesh (on-boarding satellites)

  • Add/Edit Services (jumps to services page)

In the About option on Settings page, you can view the application version and build information.
